Ingredients
- 2 filets white fish fillets
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz steak (such as sirloin)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lime
- 1 to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Pat the 2 fish fillets, 8 oz shrimp, and 8 oz steak dry with paper towels, then season all with salt and pepper.
- 2
Brush the fish, shrimp, and steak with 2 tbsp of the olive oil. Place the steak on the grill first, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until it feels firm but gives slightly when pressed.
- 3
Add the fish and shrimp to the grill. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, until it flakes easily with a fork. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- 4
Transfer everything to a platter. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the top. Serve with extra lime wedges and fresh herbs if you have them.
- 5
Slice the steak against the grain and arrange with the fish and shrimp. Serve immediately.
