Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Season the 1 lb chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.

While the chicken cooks, slice the 2 bell peppers and 1 onion into strips. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Cook the peppers and onion until soft and lightly charred, about 8 minutes.
