Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 serving lettuce and tomato
Instructions

Cook the 4 bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Butter one side of each of the 4 bread slices with the 2 tbsp butter. Place 2 slices, buttered side down, in the same skillet over medium heat.

Top each with 2 slices of cheddar, 2 slices of ham, and 2 bacon strips. Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

Cook until the bottom is golden and the cheese starts to melt, about 3 minutes. Flip carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is fully melted, about 3 more minutes.

Remove from the skillet, open each sandwich, and add the lettuce and tomato. Close and serve hot.
