Ingredients
- 1.25 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 3 links beef sausages
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Thread beef cubes onto metal skewers, alternating with sausage pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until a drop of water sizzles on contact, ~2 minutes.

Lay skewers on the grill without moving them for 2 minutes until edges char and release easily.
