- 1 medium lime
- ½ medium green apple
- ½ cup spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup club soda

In a sturdy glass, add the 10 mint leaves and 2 tablespoons simple syrup. Muddle gently with a muddler or spoon until the mint is fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into the glass, about 2 tablespoons. Add the 0.5 green apple, chopped, and 0.5 cup spinach leaves.
