Ingredients

  • 2 medium, roughly chopped tomatoes (Roma or beefsteak)
  • 1 medium, chopped into 1-inch chunks cucumber
  • ½ cup, torn into 1-inch pieces feta cheese
  • ¾ cup, pitted Kalamata olives
  • ½ lemon lemon (juiced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
