Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 whole (juiced + zested) lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole (cut into wedges) lime

Instructions

    Cut chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Toss with lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, olive oil, and salt.

    Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces. Let sit 5 minutes while you heat the broiler.

    Place skewers on a lined sheet pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
