Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb sirloin or leg, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- ½ medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Add lamb cubes and toss until coated. Let sit for 10 minutes while you heat the grill.

Thread lamb and onion pieces alternately onto 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until oil flicks sizzle on the surface.
