Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb shoulder, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 4 each bratwurst sausages
- 3 each chorizo sausages, cut into thirds
- 1 each lemon
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Toss lamb cubes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Heat a grill or large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot, ~2 minutes.

Thread lamb onto skewers, then grill 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until edges char and center is medium-rare.

On the same grill, cook bratwurst and chorizo until browned and cooked through, ~8 minutes, turning once.
