Ingredients

  • 1 jar (16 oz) jarred dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with rice)
  • ½ cup hummus (store-bought)
  • ½ cup baba ganoush (store-bought)
  • ½ cup muhammara or roasted red pepper dip (store-bought)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Drain and warm the dolmades in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes until heated through.

    Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and half the fresh dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper for tzatziki sauce.

    Spoon hummus, baba ganoush, and muhammara into separate small bowls.

    Arrange the warm dolmades on a platter with the four dips clustered around them.

    Drizzle dolmades with a little olive oil and sprinkle with remaining fresh dill. Serve immediately.
