Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 10 oz frozen french fries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F and start fries according to package directions on a sheet pan.

  2. 2

Cut chicken breasts into 1.5-inch chunks. Toss with lemon juice, zest, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. 3

Thread chicken onto skewers. Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high until smoking.

  4. 4

Sear skewers 3 minutes per side without moving—edges should char and centers stay juicy.

  5. 5

Whisk yogurt with minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Serve skewers with fries and yogurt dip.
