Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add 1/2 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 5 minutes.
