Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ¾ cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 whole scallions, sliced

Pat wings dry. Toss with salt, pepper, and half the soy sauce on a sheet pan.
