Ingredients
- 3 oz rice vermicelli
- 12 count prawns (large, deveined, unpeeled)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup chicken or shrimp stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 count scallions (thinly sliced, plus extra for garnish)
- ¼ cup soy sauce mixed with sesame oil and white vinegar

Spread vermicelli evenly across the bottom of a large shallow bowl or steamer-safe plate.

Arrange prawns on top of the vermicelli in a single layer. Season with salt and white pepper.

Heat stock and soy sauce in a small pot until steaming. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour the hot broth over the prawns and noodles. Cover the plate tightly with foil or a lid.
