- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices crusty bread, for serving

Pat the 1 lb shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.

Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tbsp butter and 6 minced garlic cloves; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir in the 1 diced tomato and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, about 3 minutes.
