Ingredients
- 4 whole lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven's broiler. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. Place the 4 tails on a baking sheet.
- 2
In a small bowl, mix the 4 tbsp softened butter, 6 minced garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp chili flakes, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the exposed lobster meat, covering it completely.
- 4
Broil the lobster tails 6 inches from the heat until the meat is opaque and lightly charred in spots, about 8-10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 140°F.
- 5
Drizzle the 1 tbsp olive oil over the cooked lobster and garnish with extra parsley if desired. Serve immediately with melted butter for dipping.
