Ingredients
- 2 lb crawfish tails
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley

Pat dry the 2 lb crawfish tails with paper towels. Season with 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the crawfish in a single layer and cook until they turn pink and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add 4 tbsp butter and 8 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Cook until fragrant and the garlic is golden, about 2 minutes.

Stir in 1 tsp paprika and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.

Return the crawfish to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
