- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup fresh parsley

Scrub the 2 lb clams under cold water and discard any that are open or cracked. Set aside.

Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the 6 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chili flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the 0.5 cup white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the clams, cover, and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes, shaking the pot occasionally.
