Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°F. Tear off two 18-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil.

Divide shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn between the two foil sheets.

Dot each packet with 2 tbsp butter and half the garlic. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and salt.

Fold foil loosely over the filling and seal by folding edges twice. Leave room for steam.

Bake for 15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and shrimp turns opaque.
