Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef short ribs (cut thin, about 1/2-inch thick)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 oz frozen french fries
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup mixed roasted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, zucchini)
- 1 whole lime

Start fries in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, following package directions. Transfer to a plate when golden.

Pat ribs dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add butter to the same skillet over medium-high heat. Once foaming, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
