- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 3 stalks green onions
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the 14 oz firm tofu into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels. Slice the 1 red bell pepper into thin strips and chop the 3 green onions into 1-inch pieces.

Heat the 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes in a single layer and fry until golden and crisp on all sides, about 8 minutes total, turning occasionally.
