Ingredients

- ½ cup cornstarch
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large egg
- 2 cups vegetable oil

In a saucepan, whisk together 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup cornstarch, and 3 tbsp sugar until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened to a pudding-like consistency, about 5-7 minutes.

Dip each cube in beaten egg (2 large eggs), then coat with 1 cup breadcrumbs. Press gently to adhere.
