Ingredients
- 2 burger buns
- 4 bacon slices
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Cook the 4 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- 2
Toast the 2 burger buns in the same skillet over medium heat until golden, about 1 minute per side. Set aside.

Place the bacon on the bottom buns, top with the fried eggs, and sprinkle with the 0.5 tsp black pepper. Cover with the top buns and serve hot.
