- 8 sheets rice paper wrappers (banh trang)
- 1 cup rice vermicelli noodles, cooked and cooled
- ½ cup cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil), leaves
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
