- 4 slices bread
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup raspberries
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk the 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Dip each of the 4 bread slices in the mixture, letting them soak for about 30 seconds per side until saturated but not falling apart.
- 2
Melt 1 tbsp of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 soaked bread slices and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden, another 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining butter and bread.

While the toast cooks, combine the 1 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the syrup is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
