- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream

In a blender, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 1 tbsp melted butter. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes while you prep the strawberries.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tsp butter. Pour in 1/4 cup batter, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden, about 1 minute.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 30 seconds until lightly spotted. Slide onto a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment between them.
