Ingredients
- 2 large (about 8 oz each) boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole (juiced) lime
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 8 oz frozen french fries
- 2 cups (chopped) lettuce and tomatoes, mixed

Mix minced garlic, lime juice, and 3 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, season with salt and pepper, then rub with the marinade.

Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until internal temp hits 165°F.

While chicken cooks, prepare frozen fries according to package directions (usually 12–15 min in oven or air fryer).
