Ingredients
- 4 ounces foie gras
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Toast the 4 slices of bread until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.

Slice the 4 oz foie gras into 1/2-inch thick pieces and season both sides with the 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the foie gras and sear until browned, about 1 minute per side. Remove and keep warm.
