- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 ripe mango
- ½ red onion
- 3 lime
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp chili powder

Cut the 1 lb fish into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a glass bowl. Juice the 3 limes and pour over the fish, stirring to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes, until the fish turns opaque and white.
