Ingredients

  • 4 whole fresh figs
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

    Stem and quarter the 4 figs, then add them to a blender with the 1 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup almonds.

    Add the 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon honey to the blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed.

    Taste and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter, then blend briefly to combine.
