Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning

Slice the 1 lb beef sirloin into thin strips and toss with 2 tbsp fajita seasoning in a bowl.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
