Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup

In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1 cup milk, then stir into the dry ingredients until just combined (lumps are fine).

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter into the pan, leaving space between them. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes.

Flip each pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter, adding the remaining 1 tbsp butter as needed.
