Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- ¾ cup canned crushed tomatoes
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves

Toss chicken with 0.25 cup yogurt, salt, and half the garam masala. Let sit 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden on edges.
