Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 count corn tostadas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 count lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions

    Mix sour cream with lime juice and zest until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

    Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp cumin if you have it. Stir to combine.

    Arrange tostadas on a plate. Spread each with 1 tbsp lime crema.
