Ingredients
- 1.25 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 cups neutral cooking oil for frying
