Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced (about 1/4 inch)
- 1 large bell pepper (red or green), sliced into thin strips
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
