Ingredients
- 8 oz pre-cooked carnitas or shredded pork
- 2 each corn tortillas (6-inch)
- ½ cup refried beans
- ¼ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
