- 4 chops pork chops (1.5 inches thick, bone-in if possible)
- 2 ears or 1.5 cups fresh corn (or frozen kernels)
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 lime lime (juiced)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
