Ingredients

  • 8 oz store-bought crispy pork belly or rotisserie pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 stalks scallions, sliced

Instructions

    Boil egg noodles in salted water until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the crispy pork pieces.

    Toss pork for 2 minutes to warm through, then add soy sauce and vinegar. Stir to coat.

    Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together for 1 minute until well combined.
