Ingredients
- 8 oz store-bought crispy pork belly or rotisserie pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 6 oz egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced
