Ingredients
- 10 oz ground pork
- 1 package store-bought steamed bao buns (4-6 pieces)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- ¾ cup pickled vegetables (daikon & carrot, or quick-pickled cucumber)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp green onions, chopped

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground pork and brown, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.
