Ingredients
- 3 lb whole chicken, cut into pieces (or 2 lb chicken thighs)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 whole red chili peppers, chopped (or 1 tsp red pepper flakes)
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
