Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg white
- 4 tbsp neutral oil, divided

Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan and roast at 425°F for 12 minutes until edges char.

Combine honey, rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl. Set the sauce aside.

Pat shrimp dry. Mix flour with a pinch of salt in one shallow bowl, egg white in another, chopped walnuts in a third.

Coat each shrimp in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg white, then press into walnuts until fully coated.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Working in batches, pan-fry shrimp 90 seconds per side until golden and cooked through.
