- 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or basmati)
- 4 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ¾ cup canned chickpeas, drained
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix shredded chicken, cooked rice, allspice, 0.5 tsp salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Brush a phyllo sheet with olive oil, place on a baking sheet, and add 2 tbsp chicken-rice filling in the center.

Fold phyllo corners over filling to create a rough square. Brush with oil and repeat with remaining sheets.
