Ingredients

  • 8 oz boudin sausage
  • 8 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (for air fryer)
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

    Remove boudin from casing and divide into 8 equal portions on a cutting board.

    Place one portion of boudin in the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold into a triangle, seal edges with water.

    Repeat with remaining portions until all 8 egg rolls are assembled.

    Toss egg rolls with 1 tbsp oil in a bowl until lightly coated on all sides.

    Air fry at 390°F for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges are deep golden.
