Ingredients
- 4 thighs chicken thighs, skin-on and bone-in
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch fries
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F, then pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

Toss sweet potato fries with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt, spread on one side of a sheet pan.

Rub chicken thighs with remaining 2 tbsp oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
