Ingredients
- 4 whole store-bought donuts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- 1
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2
Spoon the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. If you don't have a piping bag, use a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
- 3
Insert the tip into the side of each of the 4 donuts and gently squeeze to fill with cream until you feel resistance, about 2-3 tablespoons per donut.
- 4
Place the 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a shallow dish. Roll each filled donut in the sugar to coat evenly, then serve immediately.
