Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked crab
  • 4 ounces glass noodles
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Soak the 4 oz glass noodles in warm water until soft, about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 3 minced garlic cloves and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Add the 1 lb cooked crab (shells on or off) and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden at the edges.

  4. 4

Add the drained noodles, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp oyster sauce. Toss everything together for 2 minutes, until the noodles are evenly coated and glossy.

  5. 5

Add the 2 cups lettuce and stir-fry for 1 minute, just until the lettuce wilts slightly but still has crunch. Serve hot.
