Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked crab
- 4 ounces glass noodles
- 2 cups lettuce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Soak the 4 oz glass noodles in warm water until soft, about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
