Ingredients
- 1 whole (about 1 lb) crab
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks scallions

Clean and chop the 1 whole crab into 4 pieces. Slice the 8 oz mushrooms and mince the 3 garlic cloves.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a clay pot over medium. Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms release liquid and brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the crab pieces and stir for 2 minutes until shells turn bright red.
