Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ½ cup sago pearls
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 pandan leaves
- 1 lime

Boil the 4 eggs in water for 8 minutes, then cool and peel. Set aside.

Rinse the 1/2 cup sago pearls and boil in 4 cups water for 10 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.

Drain sago and return to pot with 2 cups coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 pandan leaves. Simmer 5 minutes until slightly thick and fragrant.
