Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup sago pearls
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1 lime

Instructions

    Boil the 4 eggs in water for 8 minutes, then cool and peel. Set aside.

    Rinse the 1/2 cup sago pearls and boil in 4 cups water for 10 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.

    Drain sago and return to pot with 2 cups coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 pandan leaves. Simmer 5 minutes until slightly thick and fragrant.

    Remove pandan leaves. Serve the warm sago mixture in bowls, top with halved boiled eggs, and squeeze lime juice over each serving.
