Ingredients
- ½ lb corned beef, sliced thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ¾ cup sauerkraut, drained
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 4 slices rye bread
- 1.5 tbsp butter, softened

Spread 0.5 tbsp butter on one side of each bread slice. Spread Russian dressing on the other side of each slice.

On two bread slices (dressing-side up), layer half the corned beef, then 1 cheese slice, then half the sauerkraut.

Top each with the remaining two bread slices, butter-side up. Press down gently.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Slide one sandwich in and cook 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Flip and cook the other side 3–4 minutes until bread is golden and cheese melts completely.

Repeat with the second sandwich. Serve hot.
